DEFENSA LEGAL
is organized in three sections:

We take
new clients by means of a corresponding client contract
that can be for a business or an individual.
- The “Contract
for Business Clients” includes
a series of services related to the necessities
and particular requirements of each company. Examples
include Payroll Preparation, Employee Contracts,
Periodic Declarations of IVA, Corporate Taxes, Accountancy and
Information and Processing of Government Subsidies.
- The “Contract
for Individual Clients” includes
a series of legal and economic advising services
and rights for the client in exchange for a periodic
payment, such as an annual or monthly fee.
DEFENSA
LEGAL, under the “Contract
for Individual Clients" provides the following services:

Resolution
of Legal-Economic Consultations.
- Preparation of Private
Contracts including Buying, Selling, Letting and Renting.

Out-of-court
services, covering Representations, Letters, and Reconciliation
Documents.

Advice
and Preparation of Personal Income Taxes and other
Asset Taxes incurred such as Estate and Gift. In this area, we are able to charge 30% less than your preceding providor.

Corporate Tax Statements,
Certificates of Witholdings, Periodic Payments
of IVA, and other Fiscal Services related to a
companies needs.

Labour Management such as Payroll Management, Social Security and Presentation of Price
Quotations.

Commercial and Registration
Services including Presentation of Annual Accounts, Commercial
Ledgers and Certificates.

Information
and Legal-Economic advice concerning, amongst other things, Securities, Investment Funds and other Financial Instruments in both in National and International
Markets.

Information
about Public and Private Subsidies.

Judicial Assistance and Defence Actions before the Judicial institution. Appearances and actions outside of Madrid have a 30% reduction of legal fees as published by the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid.
